Shipping & Returns

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping is a flat $4.99 per order, no matter how many shirts you buy.

Every shirt is printed after you order it. Printing usually takes 2–5 business days, and delivery typically takes another 3–5 business days. Most orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks.

You will get an order confirmation email right after checkout. Once your order ships, email us any time for tracking details.

If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or you received the wrong design, size or color, email us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem.

We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send the shirt back.

Because each shirt is printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Our shirts are the Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex tee, which has a true-to-size retail fit; if you are between sizes, size up for a looser fit.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we will help.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we can reship it once you confirm the correct address; reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible, ideally within a few hours. Once a shirt has been printed, we cannot cancel it.
